The challenge

Managing compliance across 50 sites isn't a manual job

Paper-based inductions
Every induction required site manager reviews, handwritten forms and physical card checks: every site was doing it differently, creating significant admin overhead.
Card verification was slow
Manual CSCS checks took 2–3 minutes per operative, that meant site managers wasted a lot of time simply verifying operative qualifications.
Records that
couldn't be found
