So you've been asked to complete your site induction on One.site. What is One.site and how do you get started?
One.site's remote inductions allow you to complete your induction and provide all required information prior to arrival on site. You'll be invited to do your induction by email from the site management team. This article will show you what to do once you've received your email invitation.
Check your emails and find the one from One.site. Review the content of the email and click the link to create your One.site account.
The first display will show you the steps required to complete your induction. When you're happy click next.
You will be prompted to generate an eight character password and four digit site access PIN which needs to be remembered. Read both the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and tick the box to confirm your happy to proceed.
The next step will capture your relevant qualifications, if you have a CSCS card enter the details as requested. For any other qualifications you can upload a file or drag and drop the file in the box click continue.
Please note we currently only accept CSCS cards, not partnership cards such as CPCS.
Next add your next of kin and emergency contact details.
Next you can add any important medical information.
On the pop up you can click continue to start your induction.
You'll start your induction which may be a video and quiz, or a questionnaire to complete.
Once you have completed your induction please tick the confirmation box.
That concludes your induction and you will now return to the dashboard. Please review the notification area for any steps which you may still be required to complete.
